„Избор на изпълнители за упражняване на строителен надзор при изпълнението на СМР на водопроводни и канализационни мрежи на територията на община Родопи“. Предмет на настоящата обособена позиция е избор на лице, извършващо консултантска дейност - строителен надзор по време на строителството на обекти, съгласно чл.166 и чл.168 от Закона за устройство на територията, в обем и обхват съгласно изискванията на ЗУТ и съответните подзаконови нормативни актове, изготвяне на технически паспорт на обекта/ите, съгласно чл.176б от ЗУТ и в обхвата, посочен в чл.4 от Наредба №5 от 28.12.2006г. за техническите паспорти на строежите, /издадена от МРРБ, обн.ДВ, бр.7/2007 год/, инвеститорски контрол от името на Възложителя и изготвяне на необходимата документация за приемането на обекта от Възложителя, както и въвеждането му в експлоатация.
