V. Estimated value. The maximum estimated value of the procurement is EUR 141,897.29 /one hundred and forty-one thousand eight hundred and ninety-seven euros and twenty-nine euro cents/ including VAT. G. Updating the agreed price. The proposed unit prices for the performance of the assigned activities are updated in accordance with Art. 116, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act in the event of one of the following conditions: 1. In case of change in the minimum wage for the country established by normative act, as well as the minimum insurance thresholds. The corresponding element of pricing is indexed by the percentage change of MP3 and/or by the percentage change of the minimum insurance threshold; 2. In case of change in the insurance contributions established by normative act, due by the employer. The corresponding element of pricing is indexed by the percentage change of insurance contributions due by the employer; 3. In case of change in fuel prices. In case of change in the number of serviced bins and/or the frequency of their servicing. If the specified conditions arise, either party may send a reasoned request to the other party for an update of the price specified in the contract, accompanied by evidence for the requested change in the value of the service, in which case the parties shall sign an Additional Agreement /Addendum/ to determine the current amount of remuneration due under the contract within 5 working days of receiving the notification. The Contracting Authority is not obliged to accept the update request if it is not supported by sufficient evidence. In case of refusal, the Contracting Authority shall send a reasoned refusal to the Contractor.
