Delivery of tires, rims, and valves for the needs of 'Southwest State Enterprise' EAD

The subject of this public procurement is the delivery of goods, carried out by purchase, as well as all necessary preliminary activities for the use of the goods, within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA). The subject of the procurement according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary - CPV is code 34350000, description 'Heavy-duty and light-duty external tires', code 34351100, description 'External tires for passenger cars', code 34352200 with description 'External tires for buses', code 50116500 with description 'Tire repair, adjustment and balancing services' and code 50116510 with description 'Tire fitting services'. The subject of the award with this procurement is: 'Delivery of tires, rims and valves for the needs of "Southwest State Enterprise" EAD'. The subject of this public procurement includes the performance of the following activities: 6.1. delivery of tires of various sizes for the official vehicles and equipment of SWSE EAD, with dimensions specified in the Technical Specification. 6.2. delivery of rims and valves of various sizes for the official vehicles and equipment of SWSE EAD, described in detail in the Technical Specification. 6.3. dismantling, mounting, balancing, weights, removal and installation of tires/rims on the vehicle and tire patching. The term for the execution of the procurement is 36 (thirty-six) months from the date of signing the contract. Delivery locations - Administrative buildings of "Southwest State Enterprise" EAD and its territorial divisions. Price and payment method: The price offered by the participants must include all contractor's expenses for the execution of the delivery, subject of the award with this procurement, including, but not limited to: overhead costs, transport, personnel, organizational costs, material costs, equipment, permits, certificates and/or licenses required for the performance of such activity (where applicable), other costs involved in the formation of the delivery price, including all legally determined costs, in accordance with tax, labor and social security legislation, as well as profit and all inherent costs for carrying out the delivery. The contracting authority will pay the contractor the price of the delivered tires/rims/valves within 30 (thirty) days after the submission of a bilaterally signed acceptance protocol for the delivery, accompanied by the original invoice issued by the contractor for the value of the payment due.
