В обществената поръчка се включват дейности по осигуряване право на ползване, внедряване и абонаментно обслужване на софтуер за автоматизация на предварителен контрол за законосъобразност за нуждите на МФ. Срок за осигуряване право на ползване и внедряване на софтуер за автоматизация на предварителен контрол за законосъобразност, обучение за работа със софтуера и осигуряване на абонаментно обслужване за срок от минимум 6 месеца след внедряването (включено в Етап 1) – до 5 работни дни от подписване на договор. Срок на допълнително абонаментно обслужване след изтичане на срока на абонаментното обслужване по Етап 1 – 12 месеца.
