Original language: bgДинамичната система за покупки (ДСП) се създава за доставка на лекарствени продукти за нуждите на НМТБ „Цар Борис ІІІ”. Лекарствените продукти са подробно описани в Техническата спецификация - excel формат /Приложение № 1/, неразделна част от документацията. Посочените количества са прогнозни, и могат да бъдат променяни в зависимост от конкретните нужди на Възложителя - чрез добавяне на нови лекарствени продукти, включително и промяна на прогнозните количества, при възлагане на всяка конкретна обществена поръчка в рамките на създадената ДСП за срока на нейното действие. Количествата са ориентировъчни и не пораждат задължения за Възложителя да ги възложи в пълен обем. Фактическото изпълнение на обществената поръчка ще се определи на базата на реалните потребности и финансовата обезпеченост. Динамичната система за покупки (ДСП) се създава за срок от 36 месеца. Динамичната система за покупки е отворена през целия си срок на действие за всеки кандидат, който отговаря на критериите за подбор. Достъпът и участието в нея са свободни и безплатни за всички заинтересовани лица. Всички кандидати, които отговарят на критериите за подбор, се включват в ДСП. Срокът на договорите, които ще бъдат сключвани въз основа на провежданите обществени поръчки в рамките на създадената ДСП (ограничени процедури) е 24 месеца. Краен срок за подаване на първоначални заявления – 29.05.2026 г.
