Предметът на настоящата обществена поръчка е за избор на изпълнител за осигуряване на профилактични медицински прегледи и изследвания на работещите в ТП на НОИ - Пазарджик. Видовете профилактични медицински прегледи и изследвания са определени съгласно Приложение № 5 към чл. 8 от Наредба № 3/28.02.1987 г. за задължителните предварителни и периодични медицински прегледи на работниците, чл. 9 от Наредба № 7/15.08.2005 г. за минималните изисквания за осигуряване на здравословни и безопасни условия на труд при работа с видеодисплеи и на база анализите на проведените през 2025 г. профилактични медицински прегледи и изследвания в системата на НОИ (ЦУ и 28-те ТП) и предложение на обслужващата служба по трудова медицина. Профилактичните медицински прегледи се извършват за всички служители на ТП на НОИ - Пазарджик по списъчен състав. Към момента на изготвяне на техническата спецификация прогнозният брой на служителите е 103 души, от които 95 жени и 8 мъже. Посоченият брой на служителите е ориентировъчен и подлежи на промяна по отношение на численост и пол. На основание чл. 104, ал. 2 от ЗОП комисията ще разгледа постъпилите оферти по т. нар. „обърнат ред“, регламентиран в чл. 61 от ППЗОП.
