При изпълнение на поръчката следва да се извърши: Абонаментно обслужване, поддръжка, при необходимост ремонт и доставка на резервни части на 55 броя стълбищни платформи за хора с увреждания, монтирани в подлези на гр. Варна, с цел осигуряване на безопасната им експлоатация, съгласно подробно разработена Техническа спецификация /Приложение №1/. Абонаментното обслужване включва: 1. Осигуряване на 24-часово непрекъснато аварийно обслужване на платформите, включително почивни и празнични дни - да помага на пътниците при аварийно спиране, да оказва помощ при аварии и злополуки и да спира платформите при неизправности. В това число: Изпълнителят оказва съдействие на пътниците при аварийно спиране на платформа в срок до 30 минути от уведомяването; Изпълнителят извършва аварийно обслужване на съоръженията в срок до 1 час от получаване на сигнал за аварийно спиране на платформа, в случаите, в които няма сигнал за освобождаване на пътници; 2. Ежедневни функционални проверки на техническото състояние, проверка на ел. захранване, раздвижване, проверка на бутониерите и дистанционното управление, почистване на растителност в зоната на движение. 3. Техническо обслужване - смазване на подвижните части на съоръженията, подмяна на батериите им (при необходимост), зареждане на акумулатори, ремонт и подмяна на дефектирали части. Абонаментното обслужване на стълбищните платформи се извършва в съответствие с инструкциите на производителя. Консумативите, които ще се използват при обслужването - масла, греси и батерии ще се заплащат от Възложителя. Изпълнителят има ангажимент да поддържа и присъединителния кабел на съоръжението - от електромерното табло (захранващата точка) до самото съоръжение. Изпълнителят участва съвместно с представители на Възложителя и районните администрации в ежеседмични огледи за проверка на функционалност и техническо състояние на платформите и се изготвя констативен протокол. При установяване на неработещи съоръжения Изпълнителя се задължава да ги ремонтира съгласно договора.
