Selection of a contractor for the repair of motor vehicles owned by API-OPU Targovishte

The list of vehicles may be subject to change, with the contracting authority reserving the right to adjust quantities due to the acquisition of new vehicles or the decommissioning of existing ones. Any modifications to the vehicle list will be communicated to the contractor via a notification letter. The vehicles are located within the Targovishte region. Important exclusions and conditions apply: the purchase of tires is not included in this tender. Repairs must be performed exclusively at the service location(s) specified by the selected contractor in their offer. All spare parts, materials, and consumables used must be new, unused, and non-recycled, and must be compliant with the specific make and model of the vehicle. The contracting authority also reserves the right to procure minor consumables separately, such as bulbs, brake fluid, wiper blades, and antifreeze, particularly for emergency situations to ensure the safe operation of vehicles on the national road network.
