Original language: bgПоръчката включва осигуряване на лицензи за правото на ползване и поддръжка на антивирусен софтуер, подробно описан в техническата спецификация на поръчката (Приложение № 2). Изпълнението на поръчката е под условие за наличие на финансов ресурс на ВЪЗЛОЖИТЕЛЯ, съгласно чл. 114 от ЗОП и доставки се изпълняват след писмена заявка на възложителя. Поръчката включва 900 бр. лицензи и е със срок 24 месеца. Включва се възможност за удължаване на лицензите по договора с допълнителни 12 месеца. Тази възможност се активира в случай на липса на нов договор със същия предмет, сключен по реда и условията на ЗОП в рамките на първоначалния срок от 24 месеца. Тази хипотеза е описана по идентичен начин и в раздел опции, и в раздел подновяване. Прогнозната стойност на новите 12 месеца е в размер ½ от първоначално предвидения срок от 24 месеца, както са описани в раздели II.2. Описание от обявлението за обществената поръчка. Прогнозна стойност на поръчката е 255 300 лв. (130 532,82 евро) без ДДС за 24 месеца. Общата прогнозна стойност е 382 950 лв. (195 799,23 евро) без ДДС за 36 месеца.
