Original language: bgОбект на настоящата обществена поръчка е предоставянето на услуги по смисъла на чл. 3, ал. 1, т. 3 от ЗОП, като избраният Изпълнител следва да изработи и достави представителни документи – дипломи за висше образование, европейско дипломно приложение, свидетелства за професионална квалификация, удостоверения и др. Подробно описание на изискванията на поръчката, технически спецификации на представителните документи се съдържа в ЧАСТ IV. ТЕХНИЧЕСКИ СПЕЦИФИКАЦИИ И УСЛОВИЯ ЗА ИЗПЪЛНЕНИЕ НА ПОРЪЧКАТА от приложената документация. На основание чл. 104, ал. 2 от ЗОП Възложителят предвижда оценката на техническите и ценовите предложения на участниците в настоящата процедура за възлагане да се извърши преди разглеждане на документите за съответствие с критериите за подбор. Проверката за наличие на основания за отстраняване и съответствие с критериите за подбор се извършва по начин, който не се влияе от резултатите от оценката на техническите и ценовите предложения.
