В предмета на настоящата обществена поръчка са включени дейностите по доставка (продажба) на нетна активна електрическа енергия (ниско/средно/високо напрежение) от координатор на стандартна балансираща група, с пълно администриране на информационния поток с ЕСО и поемане на разходите за небаланси на обекти на Община Пирдоп. При изпълнение на обществената поръчка следва да се извършва при необходимост енергиен мониторинг със собствени или наети средства за измерване и комуникация и да се представят на Възложителя необходимите графици и справки. Доставката на електрическа енергия трябва да бъде в съответствие с действащите нормативни актове: Закон за енергетиката (ЗЕ), Правилата за търговия с електрическа енергия (ПТЕЕ) и Правила за измерване на количеството електрическа енергия (ПИКЕЕ). Прогнозната консумация на електроенергия за 12 месеца, общият разход и месечното потребление на електроенергия са посочени в представената таблица в Приложение № 1.1, част от Техническата спецификация. Изпълнителят извършва доставка на нетна активна електрическа енергия и изпълнява функциите на координатор на балансираща група за всички обекти - ниско, средно и високо напрежение за нуждите на всички обекти на Община Пирдоп, посочени в таблицата към Техническата спецификация – Приложение № 1.1. Общото прогнозно количество за доставка на нетна активна електрическа енергия за обектите на Възложителя за срок от 12 /дванадесет/ месеца е ≈ 610,014 MWh, за 24 /двадесет и четири/ месеца е ≈ 1220,028 MWh, а с включената възможност за подновяване с до още 12 /дванадесет/ месеца е в размер ≈ 1830,042 MWh.
