Original language: bgПредмет на настоящата обществена поръчка е упражняване на строителен надзор и инвеститорски контрол при аварийно изграждане на ограда в СБ Козаревец, собственост на Държавна агенция "Държавен резерв и военновременни запаси" (ДА ДРВВЗ). Дейностите, включени в предмета на поръчката, са: 1. Упражняване на строителен надзор, съгласно чл. 166 и чл. 168 от ЗУТ при изграждане на ограда в СБ Козаревец и изготвяне на Становище за оценка на съответствие с основните изисквания на строежите на инвестиционния проект; 2. Упражняване на инвеститорски контрол при изграждане на ограда в СБ Козаревец; 3. В съответствие с чл. 168, ал. 7 от ЗУТ, изпълнителят носи отговорност за щети, които са нанесени на възложителя и на други участници в строителството. Място за изпълнение на поръчката – Зърнобаза (ЗБ) Козаревец, находяща се в с. Козаревец, община Лясковец, област Велико Търново към Териториална дирекция „Държавен резерв“ (ТД ДР) гр. Велико Търново.
