Original language: bgОсновната цел на обществената поръчка е да се избере изпълнител, който да осигури външни експерти за изпълнението на дейностите, свързани с организацията и управлението при реализацията на проект на Община Кюстендил за изграждане на „Високо-технологичен индустриален парк - Кюстендил“, финансиран по процедура BG16FFPR003-4.005 „Подкрепа за индустриални и логистични паркове и зони с фокус върху използването на чиста енергия“ по Приоритет 4 „Справедлив преход“ на Програма „Развитие на регионите“ 2021-2027 г. Изграждането на Високотехнологичен индустриален парк – Кюстендил представлява стратегически приоритет в съвременната икономическа и инвестиционна политика на Община Кюстендил. Проектът цели стимулиране на устойчив икономически растеж, повишаване на конкурентоспособността на местната икономика и създаване на благоприятна среда за привличане на инвеститори в сектори с висока добавена стойност. Изграждането на Високотехнологичен индустриален парк – Кюстендил представлява стратегически приоритет в съвременната икономическа и инвестиционна политика на Община Кюстендил. Проектът цели стимулиране на устойчив икономически растеж, повишаване на конкурентоспособността на местната икономика и създаване на благоприятна среда за привличане на инвеститори в сектори с висока добавена стойност. Изграждането на Високотехнологичен индустриален парк – Кюстендил представлява стратегически приоритет в съвременната икономическа и инвестиционна политика на Община Кюстендил. Дейността по организация и управление ще бъде организирана чрез вътрешен и външен екип, който ще подпомага вътрешния екип на бенефициента с цел осигуряване на качествено управление на проекта за постигането на целите и резултатите чрез цялостно ефективно и ефикасно изпълнение на дейностите. Сформираното Звено за организация и управление на проекта ще се състои от следните експерти: Вътрешен екип за управление на проекта - служители на Бенефициента, определени със Заповед на Възложителя. Сформираният Екип за управление на проекта ще се състои от следните експерти, осигурени от участника: Ръководител на екип, юрист, Мониторинг и докладване, Финансист, Технически експерт/ Инвеститорски контрол и Координатор
