Delivery of food products for the children's and social care facilities in the municipality of Malko Tarnovo.

The subject of the public procurement is the selection of a Contractor who will carry out the delivery of food products for the needs of the children's and social care facilities in the Municipality of Malko Tarnovo for a period of 24 (twenty-four) months. The subject of the procurement covers fourteen groups of food products, as follows: Group No. 1: Milk and dairy products; Group No. 2: Meat and meat products; Group No. 3: Fish, fish products, and other seafood; Group No. 4: Eggs; Group No. 5: Fats and oils; Group No. 6: Cereals and cereal-based foods and baked goods; Group No. 7: Legumes; Group No. 8: Vegetables - raw, canned, frozen, dried, fermented, vegetable juices; Group No. 9: Fruits - fresh, frozen, dried, canned, in the form of nectars and fruit juices, jams, marmalades, jellies, and compotes; Group No. 10: Sugar, sugar and chocolate products, honey, table sweeteners; Group No. 11: Salts, spices, and seasoning products; Group No. 12: Non-alcoholic beverages and bottled natural mineral, spring, and table waters; Group No. 13: Other foods – mayonnaise, sauces, dry soups and broths, spreads, coffee, tea, cocoa, and others; Group No. 14: Canned and ready-to-eat foods in canned and frozen form. The estimated quantities of the types of food products included in the above-mentioned groups are described in detail in the Description (BT-24-Procedure) and Additional Information (BT-300-Procedure) of this announcement. The offered food products must comply with the requirements for healthy eating, safety, and quality regulated by European and national legislation. The types of food products from the groups that are the subject of delivery are described in detail by type and quantity in the Technical Specification of the participation documentation. The estimated value, excluding VAT (BT-27-Lot), is formed as follows: 1. Estimated value for the initial contract period of 24 (twenty-four) months: in the amount of EUR 307,624.82 excluding VAT. The value was calculated based on two years of consumption (quantities of food products consumed in the previous calendar year, multiplied by two), valued at the average wholesale prices for the Burgas Region, announced in the bulletin of "SAPI" EOOD, valid as of May 19, 2026, in EUR excluding VAT. 2. Estimated value of the option to award additional types of food products: in the amount of EUR 46,143.72 excluding VAT, representing exactly 15% (fifteen percent) of the estimated value for the initial 24-month period. 3. Estimated value of the option to extend the contract period by up to 12 (twelve) months (pursuant to Art. 116, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act): in the amount of EUR 176,884.27 excluding VAT. This value is formed by the sum of: 1. The estimated value of supplies for the additional period of up to 12 months (calculated proportionally to the 24-month period); 2. An additional 15% (fifteen percent) of the value of the extension, representing the option for new types of products for this additional period. The actual value that will be spent under the contract may differ from the indicated value and will be determined according to the actual consumption of the contracting authority for the contract period.
