Provision of water and wastewater services for the supply of drinking water and wastewater disposal at the facilities of GDZhSOBT, falling within the scope of "Sofiyka Voda" AD, Sofia

The execution of the subject of the designated position consists in supplying water with drinking qualities, meeting the quality requirements specified in the normative acts of Ordinance No. 9/16. 03. 2021, issued by the Minister of Regional Development and Public Works and the Minister of Environment and Water, last amended and supplemented No. 102/12.12. 2014, as well as wastewater disposal and treatment by a water and wastewater operator. Execution period: 60 (sixty) months from the date of signing the contract or until the foreseen financial resource is exhausted, whichever event occurs first, with a forecast quantity of 151,850 cubic meters. Place of execution: GDZhSOBT - v.z. Vrana - German, Patriarch German Str. No. 204, client No. 1005442893, forecast quantity 44,100 cubic meters. ZhZU-Sofia – v.z. Vrana - German, Patriarch German Str. No. 202, client No. 1004052853, forecast quantity 107,750 cubic meters. All activities related to the execution of the contract are carried out in accordance with the "General conditions for the provision of water and wastewater services to consumers by the indicated water and wastewater operators at prices approved by KEWR". The contracting authority reserves the right, in the event of a change in the objects – subject of the contract (including the acquisition of new or modification of existing ones), to update the scope of execution by concluding an additional agreement (annex). All activities under the contract are performed in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.​​​​​​​
