Предмет на настоящата обществена поръчка е доставка на иновативни саморазгъващи се клапни протези (ТКП) за Клиника по кардиохирургия при УМБАЛ „Света Анна“ - София АД, съгласно спецификация, приложена в документацията за участие в процедурата. Срокът за изпълнение на поръчката е от нейното възлагане до 14.04.2027 година, при периодично извършващи се доставки в зависимост от потребностите на Възложителя. Срокът на доставка е по предложение на участника в часове, но не по-дълъг от 24 /двадесет и четири/ часа от получаване на писмена заявка от Възложителя. Участникът подава само една оферта, съгласно условията, посочени в документацията за участие. Предлаганите медицински изделия следва да отговарят на параметрите, заложени в спецификацията, изготвена от Възложителя. Към техническото си предложение всеки участник следва да приложи следните документи, които са неразделна негова част: 1. Каталог от производителя на предлаганите медицински изделия – да е посочен конкретния модел /каталожен номер/, от който да е видно съответствието на предлаганите медицински изделия с изискванията на Възложителя, заложени в техническата спецификация. 2. Оторизационно/упълномощително писмо, валидно към датата на подаване на офертата, от фирмата производител или неин представител или упълномощено лице, издадено на името на участника, предоставящо право участникът да търгува с негови продукти. Когато писмото е издадено от представител или упълномощено лице на производителя, следва да се представи и документ от производителя, удостоверяващ представителната власт на тези лица/дружества
