Repair of water supply or wastewater pipelines using trenchless methods for the needs of "Water Supply and Sewerage - Varna" Ltd.

The execution of the order shall include: Repair of water supply or wastewater pipelines using trenchless methods for the needs of "Water Supply and Sewerage - Varna" Ltd. – through the following activities subject to the order: -Execution of repairs using trenchless methods: "Primus Line" method or equivalent; "Cured In Place Pipe UV-cure" method or equivalent; "Kurzliner" method or equivalent; "Brawo systems" method or equivalent; -Execution of unforeseen works /due to unforeseen circumstances, according to the quantitative-cost estimate, but whose execution is proven necessary for the complete and quality execution of the repair/; -Supply and installation of the necessary construction products corresponding to the repair; -Production and/or supply of construction details/elements, equipment and their installation in the repair; -Carrying out the necessary tests; -Elimination of deficiencies identified during the handover of the repair -Elimination of defects that appear during the warranty periods, defined by the public procurement contract in accordance with the offer. The scope, main parameters and conditions under which the activities included in the scope of the public procurement will be carried out will be determined with each specific assignment - by an assignment letter. The methods subject to the public procurement represent new and innovative technologies that have not been used in previous projects of the contracting authority or in the territory of the specific network. Therefore, data on the volumes and quantities executed in past periods are missing. The introduction of these methods is related to a change in the way repairs are carried out, which makes it impossible to compare them with the technologies used so far. Nevertheless, over the past 12 months, the contracting authority has repaired and/or built approximately 6200 linear meters of pipelines, of which about 20% can be repaired using various trenchless methods. Therefore, the approach to selecting the most suitable method and material quantities varies depending on the specific requirements of the object. Due to this specificity, quantities for future activities cannot be presented. The contracting authority "Water Supply and Sewerage - Varna" Ltd. maintains and serves over 4321 km of water supply network, of which 1300 km are supply pipelines. The length of the distribution network is 2999 km. The length of the constructed sewerage network of "Water Supply and Sewerage - Varna" Ltd. is 966 km.
