"Delivery and, where necessary, installation of office and school furniture and equipment for the needs of 'Hristo Botev' Secondary School - Rosen village"

The subject of this procurement is to ensure an efficient, innovative, and accessible educational environment by delivering and, where necessary, installing office and school furniture for 'Hristo Botev' Secondary School - Rosen village, as part of the activities for project BG-RRP-1.007-0159-C02 “Renovation, furnishing, equipping, implementation of energy efficiency measures, and ensuring an accessible environment for the school educational environment at 'Hristo Botev' Secondary School - Rosen village” from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, BG-RRP-1.007 - “Modernization of the educational environment”. Pursuant to Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA), the Contracting Authority plans to conduct the procedure, valid for the individual estimated value of Lot No. 1: "Delivery and, where necessary, installation of sports hall equipment" - awarded according to Art. 21, para. 6 of the PPA through direct award, in the amount of EUR 4,776.47 excluding VAT, and Lot No. 2: "Delivery and, where necessary, installation of sanitary, kitchen, and office equipment" - awarded according to Art. 21, para. 6 of the PPA through direct award - in the amount of EUR 12,900.49 excluding VAT. The Contracting Authority will award this part of the public procurement according to the procedure valid for the individual estimated value of each lot, in this case, through direct award, according to Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the PPA, outside the scope of the supplies provided for in this public procurement. The individual value of the respective lots does not exceed the amount of EUR 79,998.77, and at the same time, the total estimated value of the lots awarded in this manner does not exceed 20 percent of the total estimated value of the procurement. Participants SHOULD NOT submit offers for LOT 1 and LOT 2. They concern: Lot No. 1: "Delivery and, where necessary, installation of sports hall equipment" and includes: Basketball hoop, Volleyball net – 1 pc., Volleyballs – 5 pcs., Footballs – 5 pcs., Basketballs – 5 pcs., and ropes. Lot No. 2: "Delivery and, where necessary, installation of sanitary, kitchen, and office equipment" and includes: Refrigerators - 2 pcs, Display refrigerator - 1 pc, Bain-marie - 1 pc, Serving counter - 1 pc, Black menu board -1 pc, Tableware - plates shallow - Plates /shallow/ - 100 pcs, Plates /deep/ -100 pcs, Bowls - 100 pcs, forks - 100 pcs, Spoons - 100 pcs, Pots 30L - 5 pcs, Pans - 5 pcs, Dishwasher - 1 pc, Serving trays -20 pcs, Electric water kettle – 1 pc, Boiler – 120 L - 1 pc, power strip - 17 pcs, Air purifier - 14 pcs, Trash can - 16 pcs, Television – 1 pc, Multimedia – 1 pc, sanitary ware accessories, including soap and paper dispensers, toilet brushes, and mirrors.
