Repair of the combined backhoe loader, which is the subject of the order, will be carried out in case of need, after a request from the Contracting Authority or a person authorized by them; - The Contractor shall ensure daily acceptance of repair requests; - the labor norm for the repair of the excavator shall not exceed the duration of the work operations, according to the proposed list of the respective participant. Repairs shall be carried out qualitatively and in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. If a work operation outside the list in the preceding sentence is necessary, the Contractor shall provide an offer with the duration of the respective operation and proceed with its execution after approval by the Contracting Authority; - The Contractor shall strictly complete service protocols for the performed maintenance or repair of the machine, which shall include the serial number of the excavator, operating hours from the hour meter, the scope of the performed maintenance or repair, the spare parts and/or consumables used, the types of service operations performed, date/signature/stamp; - the supplied and used spare parts shall correspond to the make and model of the machine, and shall be new and unused, meeting all quality requirements in accordance with Bulgarian regulatory acts and standards.; - the warranty period for the performed repairs shall not be shorter than 12 months from the date on which the acceptance of the repaired backhoe loader by the Contracting Authority is confirmed in writing. The above activities do not exhaust the entire scope of supplies and services, which are the subject of the public procurement, and may be supplemented for the duration of the contract.
