Original language: ukСтрок (термін) поставки товарів не більше 5 календарних днів з моменту замовлення товару. Товар поставляється окремими партіями на підставі заявки Замовника.
Розрахунки за поставлений товар здійснюється по безготівковому перерахунку протягом 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з моменту фактичного отримання Замовником Товару та належно оформлених товаро-супровідних документів (накладної, рахунка-фактури, тощо) на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника. У разі затримки (відсутності) бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюється протягом 14 календарних днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок.
Фактом подання цінової пропозиції учасник підтверджує, що запропонований товар не є походженням з російської федерації/республіки білорусь/ісламської республіки іран.
