'M. Andrey' № 12 Targovishte"

The designated position includes the following objects and activities: ​​​​​​​ Activity 1. Conformity assessment of the investment project for the object regarding its compliance with the basic requirements for construction, including the preparation of a comprehensive report according to the requirements of the PUA; Sub-activity 1: Providing expert support to the client and the designer in the approval of the investment project with the competent control bodies, operating companies and interested parties; Sub-activity 2: Technical control of the "Structural" part, according to Art. 142, para. 10 of the PUA; Sub-activity 3: Preparation of a comprehensive report according to Art. 142, para. 6, item 2 of the PUA; Activity 2. Exercising construction supervision during the execution of construction and assembly works (C&AW): Sub-activity 1: Construction supervision during the execution of the object and carrying out inspection and control of the delivered and used construction products, which ensure the fulfillment of the basic requirements for construction in accordance with the requirements of the ordinance under Art. 9, para. 2, item 5 of the Law on Technical Requirements for Products, until its acceptance and commissioning with the issuance of a Use Permit/Commissioning Certificate in accordance with the requirements of the PUA and ensuring the application of Bulgarian regulatory requirements; Sub-activity 2: Performing the function of a Safety and Health Coordinator, according to Ordinance № 2 of March 22, 2004 on the minimum requirements for healthy and safe working conditions during the execution of construction and assembly works; Sub-activity 3: Preparation of a technical passport, according to Art. 176a of the PUA and in compliance with the conditions of Art. 1, para. 3 of Ordinance № 5 of December 28, 2006 on the technical passports of construction, issued by the Minister of Regional Development and Public Works, (promulgated, SG, issue 7 of January 23, 2007). Sub-activity 4. Preparation of the final report under Art. 168, para. 6 of the PUA for the object.
