Exercise of construction supervision during the execution of construction and installation works at the site: “Landscaping with alley network, green spaces, lighting and sports activities in a regional trade and tourist zone in UPI XXV- for resort recreational needs, quarter 1 according to the plan of the village of Banya – villa zone“ during construction until acceptance and commissioning of the construction – subject of the order within the mandatory scope regulated by the Spatial Development Act (ZUT), its implementing regulations and other relevant regulatory documents. A contract for the execution of construction and installation works has been concluded for the site based on a public procurement procedure. - Performing the functions of a Safety and Health Coordinator in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 2 of 2004 on the minimum requirements for healthy and safe working conditions when performing construction and installation works, including the performance of all the Employer's obligations provided for in the said Ordinance (where applicable); - Preparation of the Final Report for the construction, according to Art. 168, para. 6 of ZUT and §3 of the Transitional and Final Provisions of Ordinance No. 2 of July 31, 2003 on the commissioning of constructions in the Republic of Bulgaria and minimum warranty periods for executed construction and installation works, equipment and construction sites, Technical Passport for the construction according to Art. 176a of ZUT and Ordinance No. 5 of 2006 on technical passports of constructions and Report on the implementation of the Construction Waste Management Plan according to Annex No. 6 of the Ordinance of 05.12.2017 on the management of construction waste and the use of recycled construction materials; - Management of the commissioning processes of the construction until the issuance of the Permit for Use of the Construction – subject of the designated position of the order; - Preparation and submission of Reports and opinions upon request by the Employer; - Management of the processes for rectifying defects of the construction within the warranty periods according to Ordinance No. 2 of July 31, 2003 on the commissioning of constructions in the Republic of Bulgaria and minimum warranty periods for executed construction and installation works, equipment and construction sites; - Fulfillment of administrative requirements according to the applicable regulatory framework. - By virtue of Art. 168, para. 7 of ZUT, the responsibility under the construction supervision contract is for periods not shorter than the warranty periods in construction. - The contractor must perform the tasks arising from its obligations as a construction supervisor through the qualified natural persons specified in the approved list of the team of qualified natural persons through whom the activity is exercised – an integral part of the certificate issued to the Contractor for exercising the activities under Art. 166, para. 1, item 1 according to Art. 166 para. 2 of ZUT.
