Specifically, this RFI is intended to: • Gain insight into current market capabilities, solution architectures and emerging delivery approaches for automated tender-to-capability matching • Inform the development of scope, requirements and evaluation approach for any potential future procurement activity • Understand indicative pricing models and commercial approaches, sizing, implementation considerations and delivery models • Understand how suppliers are addressing key constraints including data sovereignty, privacy, customer data handling, identity integration, and auditability All queries relating to this tender must be received by the above email by close of business (AEST) on 5/08/2026.
