Original language: GermanKurz-Leistungsbeschreibung (HKS – Umbau EOP) Die ausgeschriebenen Leistungen umfassen die Demontage, Lieferung, Montage und betriebsfertige Inbetriebnahme von Heizungs-, Kälte- und Sanitäranlagen im Zuge des Umbaus eines OP-Bereichs im Bestand. Die Ausführung erfolgt unter laufendem Klinikbetrieb mit entsprechend erhöhten Anforderungen an: Hygiene und Staubschutz Koordination mit anderen Gewerken abschnittsweise Bauausführung Der Leistungsumfang beinhaltet insbesondere: Rückbau bestehender Anlagen (Heizung, Trinkwasser, Abwasser) Neuinstallation von Rohrleitungssystemen (z. B. PP, Edelstahl, SML/Gußrohr) Lieferung und Montage von Armaturen, Komponenten und Dämmungen Herstellung von Anschlüssen an Bestandsanlagen Durchführung von Prüfungen, Spülungen und Inbetriebnahmen Dokumentation und Übergabe Alle Leistungen sind vollständig, funktionsfähig und gemäß den anerkannten Regeln der Technik auszuführen. Massenübersicht (auszugsweise, gerundet) Rückbau: Schmutzwasserleitungen DN 80: ca. 7 m Heizungsrohrleitungen bis DN 15: ca. 32 m Heizkörper: ca. 4 Stk. Trinkwasser-/Abwasseranschlüsse: pauschal Neubau (Beispiele): Schmutzwasserleitungen PP DN 50: ca. 7 m Schmutzwasserleitungen PP DN 90: ca. 5 m Schmutzwasserleitungen PP DN 100: ca. 7 m Formstücke (Bögen, Abzweige): mehrere Positionen, gesamt ca. 15–25 Stk. (Mengen dienen der Orientierung und sind nicht abschließend.)
