Description
The agreement includes alternative training arenas for pupils in the primary and lower secondary schools in Oslo municipality, who, according to an expert assessment and individual decisions on individually facilitated training, need alternative training arenas. The schools have reported via GSI that there are a total of 131 pupils who will receive parts of their education in the alternative training arena for the 2024/2025 school year. The distribution is 67 students in 1st - 7th years and 64 pupils in the 8th to 10th years. The Education Agency is based on the number of pupil places in GSI and would like to procure 100 - 130 places. The contracts shall cover different ages, primary years (1st - 4th grade), the middle school (5th - 7th grade) and the secondary school (8th - 10th grade). Tenderers can submit tenders for all or parts of the scope. For parts, the tenderer must define whether it is the primary stage (1st - 4th grade), the middle stage (5th - 7th grade) or the secondary school (8th - 10th grade), the tenderer will be submitted, as well as the total capacity the tenderer has for the number of pupils per week. The contracting authority shall enter into several parallel agreements, provided that there are sufficient qualified tenderers and suitable tenders. The contracts will be signed for two (2) years with an option for three (1+1+1) years. The training can take place at various venues such as farms, gaming venues, outdoor recreation venues etc. Tenderers are to describe what needs they seek to cover in their tender.
