PAYMENT TERMS:
Payments for the goods provided are made on the basis of a delivery note within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods.
In case of delay of funds in the Customer's account, payment for the goods provided is made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the relevant funding for payment of expenses.
The Customer does not make payment for the delivered Goods, and such non-payment is not a violation of the payment deadline by the Customer if the Supplier fails to provide the full package of documents required for payment in accordance with the legislation and this Agreement, its Annexes, or if they are improperly executed.
Payment for the goods is made by the Customer depending on the actual funding of expenses.
DELIVERY TERMS:
Delivery period of goods: from the date of conclusion of the agreement until August 31, 2026.
Place of delivery of goods: 61022, Ukraine, Kharkiv region, Kharkiv, 13 Nezalezhnosti Ave.
Delivery of goods is carried out in separate batches, according to the actual needs of the Customer, in volumes and within the timeframe specified by the Customer's order (application), within 3 (three) days from the date of receipt of the Customer's order (application).
Estimated delivery schedule: once a week.
The Supplier is obliged to hand over the goods to the Customer from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM, unless otherwise specified in the Customer's order.
MORE DETAILED DELIVERY TERMS ARE SET OUT IN THE DRAFT AGREEMENT. THE COUNTRY OF ORIGIN OF THE GOODS CANNOT BE THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION/REPUBLIC OF BELARUS/ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF IRAN.
