The Customer pays for the delivered goods on deferred payment terms within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account according to the issued invoice and after the Parties sign the delivery note. The date (moment) of payment is considered the date of debiting funds from the Customer's bank account. In case of financing delays, payment for the delivered goods is made within 3 working days from the date the Customer receives financing to its current account.
Delivery location of the Goods: Customer's food service warehouse premises: 50048, Dnipropetrovsk region, Kryvyi Rih city, Dniprovske Highway street, building No. 41.
Delivery period of the Goods: according to the Customer's requests until 31.12.2026.
Delivery of the Goods is carried out in separate batches according to the Customer's request. The volume of each batch is determined by the Customer depending on the actual need. A batch of Goods under the Contract is considered the delivery of Goods in the volume determined for each individual Customer's request.
A request for the delivery of a corresponding batch of Goods is sent by the Customer to the Supplier's email address (specify email address) indicated in this Contract, with the relevant information.
If the Customer sends a request to the Supplier's email address, the request is considered received by the Supplier from the date it is sent by the Customer to the Supplier's email address.
Delivery of each batch of Goods must be carried out by the Supplier no later than 3 (three) working days from the date of receipt of the Customer's corresponding request. Goods acceptance is carried out from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
The Supplier is obliged to: Deliver the Goods using its own transport, and also unload and deliver the goods to the Customer's warehouse premises using the Supplier's own means.
By signing the Contract, the Supplier guarantees that it will not supply Goods originating from the Russian Federation/Republic of Belarus/Islamic Republic of Iran, except for Goods originating from the Russian Federation/Republic of Belarus, necessary for the repair and maintenance of Goods purchased before the entry into force of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 12.10.2022 No. 1178 "On approval of the specifics of public procurement of goods, works and services for customers provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement", during the period of martial law in Ukraine and within 90 days from the date of its termination or cancellation."
