Постачання товару за договором здійснюється протягом 2026 року в заклади освіти підпорядковані Замовнику, відповідно до наданих заявок 2 рази на тиждень частинами, згідно дислокації (Додаток №2 до Договору ) та графіку постачання (Додаток №3 до Договору). Заявка Замовника має містити інформацію щодо кількості, місця та терміну поставки товару. Поставка товара здійснюється в робочі дні з 6-00 до 17-00. Залишковий термін придатності на момент постачання - не менше 70% загального терміну зберігання, який встановлений підприємством-виробником. В заклади освіти забороняється завозити недоброякісний товар або товар з терміном придатності, що є менше 70% загального терміну зберігання, який встановлений підприємством-виробником, або минув. На недоброякісний товар складається акт та повертається постачальнику.
