DK 021:2015-03220000-9 "Vegetables, Fruits and Nuts" (Early White Cabbage, Fresh Cucumbers, Fresh Tomatoes, Early Onions) for educational institutions

Delivery of goods is carried out until the end of 2026 to the addresses of educational institutions, according to Appendix 2 to the Contract (in small batches 2-3 times a week, according to the submitted application). Delivery to the destination, loading and unloading of the Goods are carried out by the Supplier at its own expense and are delivered exclusively by specialized vehicles in compliance with the temperature regime in accordance with the requirements of the Rules for the transportation of goods by road transport in Ukraine. Loading, delivery and unloading of goods at the destination (customer's warehouse) are carried out by the Supplier and are included in the price of the goods. All employees of the Supplier involved in the supply of food products must have personal medical books with the results of mandatory medical examinations. The goods must comply with the quality indicators established by the legislation of Ukraine and current standards. Marking: in accordance with the norms of legislation. Shelf life: must be indicated in the accompanying documentation. At the time of delivery of the goods, the remaining shelf life must be at least 90% of the total shelf life.
The goods supplied under this Contract must be accompanied by the following documents: - invoice; - quality certificate or manufacturer's declaration; - other documents at the request of the Buyer confirming the compliance of the goods with the requirements established for them by mandatory norms and rules in Ukraine. Payments for each delivered batch of goods are made by bank transfer. The winner, upon signing the contract, must provide the following documents confirming the quality and safety of the proposed goods: 1. Positive Act (scan-copy), drawn up based on the results of state control measures in the form of an audit of constantly operating procedures based on HACCP principles. The Act must be drawn up by the competent authority implementing state policy in the field of food safety and certain quality indicators. 2. A participant who is not the Manufacturer must submit a Cooperation Agreement (letter or other document) as part of the tender proposal, which indicates that the Manufacturer provides the Participant with a Positive Act (scan-copy), drawn up based on the results of state control measures in the form of an audit of constantly operating procedures based on HACCP principles. 3. A copy of the operating permit for facilities for the production, processing and/or storage of food products or state registration of facilities for the production and/or circulation of food products, determined in accordance with Articles 23 and 25 of the Law on Food Safety.
