DK 021:2015 03220000-9 Vegetables, fruits and nuts (Assorted vegetables and fruits: fresh zucchini, fresh sweet pepper, fresh cherries, fresh sweet cherries, fresh strawberries for educational institutions of the Southern Ukrainian City Council)

The Seller guarantees that no sanctions have been applied to it in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Sanctions" and the decisions of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine. The proposed goods are not goods produced in or originating from the Russian Federation / Republic of Belarus / Islamic Republic of Iran.
Delivery period (term) of goods: according to the written request of the Buyer, which specifies the type and quantity of products required for each institution separately at the specified addresses on DDP terms (according to INCOTERMS 2000) within 2026 until July 31, 2026, by the Seller's own transport. The frequency of goods delivery is determined by the Buyer, but not less than three to four times a week (on working days) during the day. Goods are delivered to the Buyer by the Seller's transport and at the Seller's expense within 24 (twenty-four) hours from the moment of receiving the request (in case of oral and/or urgent request (for a small quantity of goods) - with mandatory subsequent written confirmation) from the Buyer.
Delivery of goods is carried out in small wholesale batches without involving postal and logistics operators or delivery services.
Considering the seasonal nature of pricing for vegetables and fruits of the 2026 harvest, the Seller is obliged to reduce the price per unit of goods in case of a corresponding decrease in market prices.
The Participant forms the proposal price considering their tax status. Submission of conflicting information regarding price formation (with/without VAT) is considered a non-compliance with the supplier proposal request conditions. After determining the winner, changing the price formation method (inclusion or exclusion of VAT) is not allowed.
