Умови поставки: Відпуск Товару здійснюється шляхом заправлення автотранспортної техніки Замовника на АЗК/АЗС Учасника. Учасник повинен мати перелік АЗК/АЗС (не менше 50 у зв’язку з проведенням аварійних робіт на різних ділянках одночасно по місту Києву вцілому), які мають здійснювати обслуговування автомобілів Замовника цілодобово відповідно. Територіально АЗК/АЗС мають бути розташовані в усіх районах м. Києва (не менше 1 АЗС/АЗК в кожному районі).
Умови оплати: Розрахунки проводяться шляхом безготівкового переказу коштів на поточний рахунок Продавця, вказаний у даному Договорі, на підставі наданого Продавцем рахунку на оплату Товару, Покупець проводить попередню оплату у розмірі 100% вартості Товару згідно рахунку Продавця.
