Передача бланків-дозволів (талонів) здійснюється Постачальником партією за його рахунок за адресою Замовника на підставі заявки Замовника протягом 3-х (трьох) робочих днів, з дня отримання такої заявки Постачальником. Заявка може бути передана Постачальнику або факсимільним зв’язком, або електронною поштою, або особисто, або поштовим зв’язком. Передача товару у власність Замовника здійснюється за паливними талонами номіналом 10 та/або 20 літрів. Місце поставки товару: АЗС Яворівського району, яка знаходиться в межах 7-ми кілометрової зони від місцезнаходження Замовника, а саме: 81300, Львівська обл., Яворівський р-н, м. Мостиська, вул. Грушевського М., будинок, 22. Відпуск пального повинен відбуватись згідно талонів на автозаправній станції (АЗС), яка знаходиться в межах 7-ми кілометрової зони від місцезнаходження Замовника, а саме: 81300, Львівська обл., Яворівський р-н, м. Мостиська, вул. Грушевського М., будинок, 22 та на якій є обов’язкова гарантована можливість заправки за паливними талонами, наданих Постачальником. Передача Замовнику Товару за цим Договором здійснюється Постачальником на АЗС шляхом заправки автомобілів Замовника при пред’явленні довіреними особами Замовника бланків-дозволів (талонів) на пальне. Термін дії бланків-дозволів (талонів) на пальне повинен становити не менше 12 (дванадцять) місяців з моменту їх отримання Замовником.Постачальник гарантує, що країною – походження Товару, який буде поставлятися Покупцю, як на дату поставки, так і на дату укладення цього Договору не є Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран
