Original language: ukПродавець має забезпечити тимчасове зберігання Товару на власному складі в межах Вінницької області та вільний доступ уповноважених осіб замовника для перевірки наявного Товару та умов його зберігання.
На підтвердження зазначеної вимоги Учасник у складі пропозиції повинен надати документи, що підтверджують право власності або користування нерухомим майном, що розташоване на території Вінницької області, та буде використовуватися для тимчасового зберігання Товару замовника (свідоцтво(ва) про право власності на приміщення або обладнання (цистерни), та/або договір(ри) оренди або суборенди з усіма додатками до нього на право користування таким майном у разі оренди такого майна та документи, що підтверджують право власності на таке майно орендодавця (оригінал свідоцтва на право власність, або оригінал реєстраційного посвідчення на право власність, або оригінал іншого документу, який підтверджує право власності)).
Також у складі пропозиції Учасник надає гарантій лист із зобов’язанням забезпечити вільний доступ уповноважених осіб замовника для перевірки наявного Товару та умов його зберігання.
