Original language: ukМісце поставки (передачі) товарів: поставки талонів за адресою КУ "Петричанський психоневрологічний будинок-інтернат" - Чернівецька область, с.Петричанка, вул. Каденюка, 2.
Передача (поставка) Покупцю товару за цим Договором здійснюється Постачальником на АЗС при пред’явленні (обміну) довіреними особами Покупця талонів на паливо.
Передача (відпуск) Палива згідно поставленим талонам здійснюється на АЗС Постачальника, перелік яких визначено у Переліку АЗС (Додаток 2 до цього Договору). Розташування АЗС повинно бути не більше 10 кілометрів від адреси місцезнаходження техніки Покупця - Чернівецька область, с.Петричанка, вул. Каденюка, 2.
Передача Палива (відпуск) здійснюється по факту пред'явлення Покупцем (уповноваженим представником Покупця) талону. Талон є документом встановленого зразка та форми, одноразового використання, що посвідчує право власності Покупця та/або уповноваженого представника Покупця на одержання певної кількості (обсягу) та певної марки Палива на АЗС
Умови постачання Товару – доставка талонів на отримання палива, здійснюється Постачальником, безпосередньо на адресу Покупця протягом 2 календарних днів з дня отримання заяви від Покупця, яка може бути подана у любий зручний спосіб для Покупця, подана електронною поштою, факсом та/або особисто в телефонному режимі, тощо.
Учасники, на протязі 24-х годин, після розкриття поданих тендерних пропозицій повинні надати на електронну пошту Замовника dispans.pt@gmail.com довідку в довільній формі з переліком АЗС, адресою та відстанню АЗС, яка повинна містити інформацію про розташування не менше однієї АЗС на відстані не більше 10 кілометрів від адреси місцезнаходження техніки Замовника, з наданням підтвердження зазначеної інформації з картографічного веб-сервісу «Google Карти».
Учасники, які упродовж 24-х годин після розкриття поданих тендерних пропозицій не надіслали на зазначену електронну пошту Замовника вищезазначену інформацію, вважаються такими, що письмово відмовились від укладення Договору, а їх пропозиція підлягає відхиленню на підставі підпункту 2 пункту 64 Порядку
