Auto-translated from ukThe Supplier shall deliver (transfer) coupons at its own expense, at the place of delivery (transfer) of coupons, which is the legal address of the Customer, namely - 65074, Odesa, Ivan and Yuriy Lipa Street, building 5A.
Coupons for receiving the Goods must be paper or plastic, with denominations of 10, 20, 50 liters. The coupons must indicate the fuel brand and denomination. Coupons must be valid throughout Ukraine (not limited in receipt by a specific region), with the possibility of receiving fuel at gas stations located throughout Ukraine, as well as on public roads. Mandatory locations of gas stations: Odesa city, Odesa region, as well as on public roads and in major cities of Ukraine.
The validity period (use) of coupons for goods must be at least 12 calendar months from the date of their receipt (according to the delivery note).
The Supplier guarantees the Customer the acceptance of coupons sold by it in its gas station network and the dispensing of goods according to the coupon denominations. The coupon denomination is determined by the type of fuel and the quantity of fuel indicated on it.
The Supplier undertakes to exchange coupons for new ones free of charge, with the same or another denomination, by agreement with the Customer, in case of expiration of their validity period or if the Supplier updates, revalues, withdraws from circulation, blocks or takes other actions regarding the issued coupons during the term of the concluded Agreement. The terms of coupon exchange, agreed with the Supplier, are approved by an additional agreement.
In case of expiration of the validity period of coupons under the Agreement, the Supplier, in accordance with the written application of the Customer, shall provide a free exchange of coupons of equivalent denomination within 5 (five) working days, taking into account the price fluctuations of the goods.
