Description
МІСЦЕ ДОСТАВКИ: ОЦ ДСП ЧАЕС, буфет, м. Славутич, вул. Збройних Сил України, 7/1, Вишгородський район, Київська область. Транспорт Постачальника або будь-якого перевізника вантажу (транспортні витрати за рахунок Постачальника).
УМОВИ ПОСТАЧАННЯ: Товар поставляється впродовж строку:
з дати укладання договору до 31 грудня 2026 року, згідно Заявок Покупця.
Товар поставляється один раз в два тижні (до 13:00) згідно з поданою Покупцем Заявкою, яка містить інформацію щодо дати, обсягу та місця постачання товару.
УМОВИ ОПЛАТИ: Оплата Покупцем за поставлений товар здійснюється шляхом перерахування коштів на банківський рахунок Постачальника після переходу права власності на товар відповідно до пункту 5.11 цього Договору протягом 45 робочих днів.
Переможець відбору надає на електронну адресу Замовника ya.rasulova@chnpp.gov.ua заповнений проект договору у частині Специфікації та реквізитів Постачальника.
Переможець оплачує всі витрати, пов'язані з пересилкою документів (договір, сертифікати, накладні та ін.) через кур'єрську службу доставки (“Нова Пошта”, та інші).
Забезпечення виконання договору.
Учасник протягом 3 днів з моменту визнання його переможцем надає підтвердження внесення ним договірного забезпечення шляхом публікації у електронній системі закупівель копії платіжної інструкції. Не надання договірного забезпечення переможцем буде вважатися як відмова від підписання договору.
Пропозиція переможця буде відхилена відповідно до підпункту 1 пункту 64 «Порядку формування та використання електронного каталогу» затвердж. постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 14 вересня 2020 р. № 822.
