Постачальник забезпечує доставку, розвантаження товару за адресою Замовника, яка визначена в Додатку 2 до Договору та зазначена в заявці (замовленні) (далі — заявка/замовлення). Постачальник постачає товар партіями згідно замовлень Замовника протягом 1 робочого дня з моменту отримання такого замовлення. Замовлення надається Замовником в усній або письмові формі з обов’язковим зазначенням графіку поставок. Заявка на поставку відповідної партії Товару подається Замовником на електронну адресу Постачальника (чи в месенджері за телефонним номером (через Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram)), зазначену в цьому Договорі, з відповідною інформацією. Доставка товару здійснюється транспортним засобом (далі – ТЗ) Постачальника, який обладнаний для транспортування даного виду товару. Кожна партія товару повинна бути окремо розфасована відповідно до замовлення Замовника. Замовник зобов’язаний оплатити товар Постачальнику протягом 30 /тридцяти/календарних днів з дати фактичного отримання товару (дати підписання видаткової накладної). Постачальник гарантує, що країною – походження Товару, який буде поставлятися Замовнику, як на дату поставки, так і на дату укладення цього Договору не є російська федерація/республіка білорусь/ісламська республіка іран.
