УМОВИ ОПЛАТИ: Розрахунки за наданий товар здійснюється на підставі видаткової накладної протягом 14 календарних днів з дня поставки товару. У разі затримки грошових коштів з джерела фінансування закупівлі, розрахунок за надані товари здійснюється протягом 14 календарних днів з дати отримання Замовником таких коштів на свій поточний рахунок. Замовник не здійснює оплату за поставлений Товар, та така несплата не є порушенням строку оплати зі сторони Замовника у випадку ненадання Постачальником повного пакету документів, необхідних для здійснення оплати відповідно до вимог законодавства та цього Договору, Додатків до нього чи їх неналежного оформлення. Оплата за товар здійснюється Замовником в залежності від реального фінансування видатків. УМОВИ ПОСТАВКИ: Строк поставки товару: з моменту укладення договору до 31 грудня 2026 року. Місце поставки товару: 61022, Україна, Харківська область, Харків, пр. Незалежності, будинок 13. Поставка товарів здійснюється окремими партіями відповідно до поточних потреб та на підставі заявок Замовника. Постачальник зобов’язаний здійснити поставку партії Товару протягом 3 (трьох) календарних днів з дня отримання відповідної заявки, якщо інший (більш тривалий або гнучкий) строк чи графік поставки не узгоджено Сторонами при поданні такої заявки.
