ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИК здійснює поставку ТОВАРУ на умовах DDP відповідно до «ІНКОТЕРМС» у редакції 2020 року. Поставка ТОВАРУ проводиться партіями протягом строку дії Договору тільки на підставі наданої письмової рознарядки ПОКУПЦЯ, яка вважається дозволом на поставку та є підтвердженням готовності ПОКУПЦЯ до приймання ТОВАРУ.
