Delivery period (term) of goods to the Customer - from the date of contract signing until December 31, 2026 inclusive.
Delivery of Goods is carried out by the Supplier in stages, in small batches, according to the Customer's needs, without limiting the minimum volume of goods in one delivery (one order) of goods, in volumes and within the timeframe specified by the Customer's order (request), within 3 (three) calendar days from the moment of receiving the order (request). The Customer places an order (request) for receiving a batch of goods by phone (including via messengers Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram) and can additionally duplicate it to the Supplier's email address specified in section 13 of the contract.
Delivery of goods must be carried out by the Supplier on working days from Monday to Friday (from 08:00 to 12:00).
Deviation of goods weight by a multiple of kg in a packaging unit is allowed.
The Parties may agree on a different delivery schedule for the goods by mutual agreement of the Parties.
The Customer has the right to unilaterally change the delivery schedule of the goods, including the quantity of goods to be delivered by the Supplier, of which the Supplier is notified no later than 3 (three) calendar days before the date of goods delivery.
