ДК 021:2015 – 15890000-3 – Продукти харчування та сушені продукти різні ( Дріжджі сухі хлібопекарські Львівські дріжджі швидкодіючі, 100 г). Поставка товару здійснюється за адресою ПОКУПЦЯ: 69011, місто Запоріжжя, вулиця Перша ливарна,буд.36, виключно за рахунок Продавця, однією партією. Термін поставки: з моменту підписання договору до 20.07.2026, згідно заявки Покупця, яка надається в телефонному режимі ( де попередньо оголошується день та дата отримання товару). Поставка товару здійснюється в робочі дні тижня з 8.00-16.00 год. Якість та безпечність товару повинна підтверджуватися відповідними документами: сертифікатом якості на кожну партію товару, якісним посвідченням тощо. Такий документ повинен бути діючим з урахуванням терміну реалізації товару. Дріжджі сухі - сухий, сипучий, дрібногранульований продукт, колір – рівномірний сіруватий з жовтуватим відтінком, запах – прісний, властивий дріжджам, без запаху плісняви та інших сторонніх запахів, смак – властивий дріжджам без стороннього присмаку та без будь-яких сторонніх домішок. На кожній одиниці товару повинно бути зазначено: назва товару, його склад, виробник (країна виробника) та кінцевий термін споживання. Термін придатності товару на момент поставки на склад замовника повинен становити не менше 80% загального терміну їх зберігання. Пакування, у якому відвантажується товар, та умови транспортування товару повинні відповідати характеру товару. Продавець забезпечує цілісність товару, збереження його якості під час перевезення від місця відвантаження до місця поставки товару. Розрахунок за цим Договором проводиться шляхом оплати товару покупцем за фактом поставки товару протягом 30 календарних днів з дати отримання товару на склад у міру надходження бюджетних коштів на підставі рахунку-фактури та накладної продавця. Фактом подання цінової пропозиції учасник підтверджує, що запропонований товар не є походженням з Російської Федерації/Республіки Білорусь/Ісламської Республіки Іран.
