The country of origin of the goods cannot be the Russian Federation/Republic of Belarus/Islamic Republic of Iran. By submitting a proposal, the supplier confirms that the country of origin of the goods is not the Russian Federation/Republic of Belarus/Islamic Republic of Iran. The Customer pays after receiving the Goods in the national currency of Ukraine by transferring funds to the Supplier's bank account. Payments for the supplied Goods are made based on the fact of delivery within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment of receipt of the Goods according to the issued invoices and delivery notes. In case of delay in budget financing, payment is made within 10 (ten) working days from the moment the Customer receives the budget allocation for financing the purchase to its account. Delivery of the Goods is carried out in separate batches according to the Customer's request. The volume of each batch is determined by the Customer depending on the actual need. A batch of Goods under the Contract is considered the delivery of Goods in the volume determined for each individual Customer request. The Supplier is obliged to deliver the Goods at its own expense, at the disposal of the Customer in the quantity specified by the Customer and with all documents necessary for accepting the Goods under this contract, within 3 (three) working days from the moment the Customer submits a request. The Customer's request is submitted by sending it to the postal address, or to the email address, or by phone. Delivery period of the Goods: until 01.12.2026 inclusive.
