DK 021:2015: 30230000-0 Computer equipment (Multifunction devices, Printers)

The country of origin of the goods cannot be the Russian Federation/Republic of Belarus/Islamic Republic of Iran. By submitting a proposal, the supplier confirms that the country of origin of the goods is not the Russian Federation/Republic of Belarus/Islamic Republic of Iran. Payments are made by the Customer within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the delivery of the Goods and the presentation by the Supplier of an invoice for payment for the actually delivered Goods (hereinafter - the invoice) and after the signing of the waybill (act of acceptance - transfer of goods) by the Parties. In case of delay in the Customer's financing, payment for the Goods is made within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt by the Customer of the corresponding funds for financing the purchase to its account. The Supplier is obliged, at the Customer's request, to deliver the Goods at its own expense to the Customer's disposal along with all documents necessary for the acceptance of the Goods under this contract, within 5 (five) working days from the moment the Customer's request is submitted. The Customer's request is submitted by sending it to the postal address, or to the email address, or by phone. Delivery period of the Goods: until 05.06.2026. The Supplier carries out the delivery and transfer of the Goods to the Customer on DDP terms (in accordance with the International Rules for the Interpretation of Trade Terms Incoterms 2000 edition) to the final destination located at the Customer's address: 107 Lychakivska St., Lviv, 79014, Ukraine.
