Постачальник зобов’язується передати Замовнику у власність товар: тест для виявлення Гепатиту В (HBsAg), комплект; асортимент, найменування, технічні характеристики, кількість та ціна якого визначається згідно специфікації, яка є Додатком № 1 до проєкту Договору, а також визначені умовами закупівлі. Зокрема, призначення: виявлення антитіл до вірусу гепатиту В; метод аналізу: ІХА; матеріал дослідження: цільна кров; чутливість - 100%; форма тесту: тест-касета. Комплектація набору: один тест в одній упаковці; одна упаковка містить тест-касету, флакон буферного розчину, піпетку і поглинач вологи; серветки (опціонально); скарифікатор / ланцет (опціонально); інструкція. Замовник зобов’язується прийняти Товар і оплатити його в порядку та на умовах проєкту Договору. Оплата за доставлений Товар здійснюється Замовником впродовж 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з моменту отримання Товару, на підставі належно оформлених первинних документів, наданих Постачальником при оформленні доставки. Форма розрахунків: безготівкова.
