Original language: ukПостачальник зобов'язаний: Розвантажувати та заносити товар в приміщення складу Замовника власними силами.
Замовник проводить оплату за поставлений товар на умовах відстрочення платежу протягом 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з моменту поставки товару шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника після підписання Сторонами видаткової накладної та виставленого рахунку на оплату. Датою (моментом) оплати вважається дата списання грошових коштів з банківського рахунку Замовника.
Поставка Товару здійснюється окремими партіями згідно з заявкою / замовленням Замовника. Заявка подається Постачальнику на електронну пошту (_____________). Обсяг кожної партії визначається Замовником залежно від фактичної потреби. Партією Товару за Договором вважається поставка Товару в обсязі, що визначений за кожною окремою заявкою Замовника. Поставка товару здійснюється Постачальником протягом 5 (п’яти) робочих днів з моменту заявки Замовника.
Підписуючи Договір Постачальник гарантує, що він не буде постачати Товари походженням з Російської Федерації/Республіки Білорусь/Ісламської Республіки Іран, за винятком Товарів походженням з Російської Федерації/Республіки Білорусь, необхідних для ремонту та обслуговування Товарів, придбаних до набрання чинності постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 12.10.2022 № 1178 «Про затвердження особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі», на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування»
