The delivery period (term) of the Goods is no later than 10 calendar days from the moment of receiving the order for the Goods. The relevant period may be changed by agreement of the parties.
Supply of Goods is carried out in batches without limiting the minimum order size according to the quantity specified by the Buyer in the order, but in any case by 31.12.2026 and until the parties fully fulfill their contractual obligations.
Place of delivery of Goods – st. Klinichna, 1, pharmacy warehouse Ternopil city.
Transfer of goods at the destination points is carried out in the presence of representatives of the Supplier and the Buyer, without involving subcontractors and postal carriers.
Transfer and acceptance of Goods by quantity and quality is carried out by authorized representatives of both Parties in accordance with the delivery notes and documents certifying its quality (declarations, quality certificates, other documents provided for by current legislation and this Agreement) with mandatory incoming control and visual inspection.
In case of detection of shortage, non-compliance or damage of the Goods during acceptance, the Buyer must sign an Act of identified defects together with the Supplier's representative. In this case, the Supplier is obliged to replace such Goods with quality Goods within 2 (two) working days. In this case, authorized representatives have the right to sign Acts of non-compliance of the Goods, or to transfer them to management for signing, or for notification. In case of receipt of Goods that do not meet the quality and technical specifications and have not passed incoming control and visual inspection, such Goods are not accepted by the Buyer and are returned to the Supplier, with an Act being drawn up.
Delivery of goods is carried out by the Supplier's transport to the place of delivery of goods.
Unloading of goods is carried out by the Supplier's forces.

The country of origin of the goods cannot be the Russian Federation/Republic of Belarus/Islamic Republic of Iran.
