Original language: ukЗгідно умов цієї процедури закупівлі тендерною документацією вважається сукупність інформації у вигляді заповнених електронних полів в розділі "Тендерна документація" та прикріпленого текстового документу "ТД_стомат.матеріали Ріва", що містить всю іншу інформацію, передбачену згідно ст. 22 Закону та з урахуванням Особливостей.
Найменування, коди та назви товару відповідно до національного класифікатора НК 024:2023 та НК 031:2024, коди номенклатурних позицій, а також асортимент (кількість), одиниці виміру товару зазначено в Додатку 1 до тендерної документації (Технічна специфікація) та по тексту оголошення.
З урахуванням обсягу фінансування видатків замовника до розгляду не приймається тендерна пропозиція, ціна якої є вищою ніж очікувана вартість предмета закупівлі, визначена замовником в оголошенні про проведення цих відкритих торгів.
