Поставка Товару здійснюється транспортом Постачальника, партіями, протягом 5 (п’яти) робочих днів з моменту отримання заявки, яка надається Замовником Постачальнику в письмовій формі (в т.ч. за допомогою електронної пошти). Товар, що постачається, повинен мати необхідні сертифікати, реєстраційні посвідчення або свідоцтва про реєстрацію, інструкції українською мовою, затверджені в установленому порядку, супроводжуватися документами щодо кількості, термінів придатності, найменування, виробника. Строк поставки Товару: до 31.12.2026 року. Місце поставки: Україна, 04050, м. Київ, вул. Юрія Іллєнка, 24 та/або Україна, 01135, м. Київ, вул. В’ячеслава Чорновола, 28/1. Товар повинен мати всі необхідні супроводжувальні документи, зокрема видаткові накладні та рахунки-фактури.
