DK 021:2015 – 33600000-6 Pharmaceutical products (CPV) (MHH: Electrolytes in combination with other drugs, Potassium chloride, Electrolytes)

1 The delivery period of the Goods shall be no later than 10 calendar days from the moment of receiving the Goods order. The relevant period may be changed by agreement of the parties.
The Goods shall be delivered in batches according to the quantity specified by the Buyer in the order, but in any case by 31.12.2026 and until the contractual obligations of the parties are fully fulfilled.
2 The place of delivery of the Goods is 1 Klinichna Street, pharmacy warehouse, Ternopil.
3. The transfer of goods at the delivery points is carried out in the presence of representatives of the Supplier and the Customer, without the involvement of postal carriers.
4. The transfer and acceptance of Goods in terms of quantity and quality is carried out by authorized representatives of both Parties in accordance with delivery notes and documents certifying its quality (declarations, quality certificates, other documents provided for by current legislation and this Agreement) with mandatory incoming control and visual inspection.
In case of detection of shortage, non-compliance or damage of the Goods during acceptance, the Customer must sign an Act of identified defects together with the Supplier's representative. In this case, the Supplier is obliged to replace such Goods with quality ones within 2 (two) working days. In this case, authorized representatives have the right to sign Acts of non-compliance of the Goods, or to transfer them to management for signing, or to bring them to notice. In case of receipt of Goods that do not meet quality and technical indicators and have not passed incoming control and visual inspection, such Goods are not accepted by the Customer and are returned to the Supplier, with an Act being drawn up.
5. The delivery of goods is carried out by the Supplier's transport to the place of delivery of the goods.
6. Unloading of goods is carried out by the Supplier's forces.
7. The country of origin of the goods cannot be the Russian Federation/Republic of Belarus/Islamic Republic of Iran.
