Procurement procedure DK 021:2015 code 33750000-2 - Baby care products (Absorbent diaper 90cm x 60cm (absorbency 840 ml) "Slavna®" (cellulose+absorbent) sterile Hygienic medical diaper 100cm x 70cm with adhesive edge (around the perimeter) "Slavna®" (Supersoft - 120 g/m2 (hydrophobic spunbond 25 g/m2 + non-breathable film 20 g/m2 + spunlace 50 g/m2 + hydrophilic spunbond 25 g/m2)) sterile, Hygienic medical diaper 70cm x 70cm "Slavna®" (Supersoft - 120 g/m2 (hydrophobic spunbond 25 g/m2 + non-breathable film 20 g/m2 + spunlace 50 g/m2 + hydrophilic spunbond 25 g/m2)) sterile, Absorbent diaper 90cm x 60cm (absorbency 840 ml) (in a package of 30 pcs.) "Slavna®" (cellulose+absorbent) non-sterile) announced in accordance with the annual procurement plan for 2026. The choice of this particular product has been agreed upon by the medical staff of the institution. After the procedure is announced, participants can submit proposals only for products that meet the specified characteristics and are displayed on the Request for Proposals page. Procurement is carried out in accordance with Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1178 if the annual requirement for this product does not exceed UAH 500,000. 12.15. The supplier confirms that the offered product is not a product originating from the Russian Federation / Republic of Belarus / Islamic Republic of Iran.
12.16. By signing this Agreement, the parties confirm their awareness that in case of violation of the requirements of CMU Resolution No. 187 and the requirements of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On the application of the ban on the import of goods from the Russian Federation" dated April 09, 2022 No. 426, the agreement will be considered void with all its consequences.
5. DELIVERY OF GOODS
5.1. The goods are delivered in batches according to the Buyer's requests by the Supplier's transport, within 3 (three) working days after receiving the request. The goods are delivered with strict adherence to proper conditions for special measures to avoid mechanical, chemical, thermal damage to the Goods and other conditions for proper transportation of the Goods. The date of delivery of the goods is the date when the goods were transferred to the Buyer's ownership at the place of delivery.
Delivery period of goods: from the moment of signing the contract until December 31, 2026.
5.2. Delivery of Goods, unloading and carrying Goods into the Buyer's warehouse is carried out by the Supplier's transport, forces and at the Supplier's expense and accompanied by its official representative to the Buyer's address: communal non-profit enterprise "Mykolaiv Regional Clinical Hospital of Veterans" of the Mykolaiv Regional Council, Mykolaiv region, Mykolaiv city, Kyivska St., 1; 1st floor,
5.3. Acceptance of Goods is carried out in terms of quantity and quality in accordance with the accompanying documents, which must comply with the Specification of Appendix No. 1 to the Agreement and the Buyer's request. If the Supplier delivers Goods with a violation of the assortment and quantity that does not comply with the Specification (Appendix No. 1 to the Agreement) and the Buyer's submitted request, the Buyer has the right to refuse to accept and pay for it.
5.4. Ownership of the Goods passes from the Supplier to the Buyer at the moment of its transfer according to the waybill. The invoice or other document must indicate: trade name, quantity, manufacturer name, price per unit of goods and the total cost of the goods supplied.
5.5. The Goods must be packed in the manufacturer's packaging, which must comply with technical specifications. The packaging must ensure the complete preservation of the Goods from all kinds of damage and spoilage during transportation by any type of transport, taking into account transshipments en route, as well as long-term storage. Marking of the Goods and packaging must comply with the requirements of current legislation of Ukraine.
5.6. In case of urgent need by the Buyer, the latter has the right to specify a shorter Delivery Term in the order than provided for in clause 5.1. of the Agreement.
5.7. Delivery of Goods is carried out on the Customer's working days (Monday-Friday), except for holidays, non-working days and weekends defined by the legislation of Ukraine, from 08:00 to 15:00.
